Check with your Insurance Agents To Have Your Policy Explained.

Do you understand your deductibles, wind deductible?

Do you have a low all perils deductible such as $250 or $500? By increasing your deductible you can save money.

Ask for your agent for the latest home inspection report used by insurers on your home. and go over this and make sure all information is correct, finished basement etc..

If you do not have outbuildings, remove this coverage, it does make a difference.

Make sure you check with other Insurance Agencies to see if they have other Insurers with better Rates. Agents do not all have the same Insurance Companies.
